Get an AI second opinion on your MRI with Claude Code
I have an MRI DICOM export in this folder and the radiologist's written report (attached). First make a detailed plan. Install any packages you need. Write an independent report of what you see. Then compare it with the radiologist's report point by point, say how confident you are about each disagreement, and list questions I should ask my doctor. You are not giving medical advice.
Steps
- Ask the clinic for a copy of the MRI (DICOM export) and the written results.
- In Claude Code, let it install the analysis packages it needs and plan before acting.
- Have it write its own report.
- Have it compare its report with the radiologist's, using subagents for independent readings.
