Have Grok Bot find a surprise renewal's receipt, cancel it and ask for a refund

@glenntkim noticed a recurring subscription charge on their card while driving. Through Grok in their Tesla they had their Grok Bot search old emails for the original purchase; with the receipt, the agent cancelled the subscription online and asked whether to request a refund of the renewal. They said yes, it emailed the company, and they say the refund arrived two hours later.

Copy-ready prompt
A recurring charge from [MERCHANT] for [AMOUNT] hit my card on [DATE]. 1. Search my email for the original purchase or signup receipt and any renewal notice. Show me what you found. 2. Tell me how to cancel. Cancel only after I say yes. 3. Draft a short, polite request for a refund of this renewal that cites the receipt and the date I cancelled. Show me the draft and wait for my approval before sending.
Watch out: Refunds are up to the merchant. Keep cancellations and sends behind your approval, and never paste full card numbers into a chat.

In their words
I immediately had Grok contact my Grok Bot and had one of my agents search through my old emails to pull up the initial purchase, with the receipt the agent went online and cancelled the subscription and asked if it should contact customer service to ask for a refund of the renewal this morning. Of course I said yes and it then wrote an email and sent it off to the company. Two hours later I had my refund!
