Route Grok Bot jobs through Linear and keep every answer in Notion
@socalfsd, who says they're not a developer, runs several Grok Bots that each have one job. Tasks land in Linear, Grok works them and the answers come back, and every job, answer and decision is saved in Linear and Notion so nothing gets buried in a chat. Per the author, the main bot built most of the setup itself (queues, pages and automations) while they handled sign-ins and approvals; work that needs code goes to Cursor and gets checked before it ships.

- Pick one recurring job and give one bot ownership of it.
- Let the bot set up the Linear queue and Notion log; you approve sign-ins.
- Review the log weekly and add a second bot only when the first runs smoothly.
- Keep a human check on anything that ships code or spends money.
